The Environmental Working Group and Food Policy Action Education Fund challenged the teams at Atlas Brew Works and MOM’s Organic Market to help us rescue food right here in Washington, D.C by brewing a beer from unsold and recovered stone fruit. We launched the delicious peach sour ale called Rescue Brew Ugly + Stoned at the 10th Savor Craft Beer Festival to raise awareness and reduce food waste.
